摘要
对ＤＮＡ供体慈利玉米、受体ＤＨＣＫ籼稻及浸泡后所获优良类型材料的干胚与芽进行了酯酶同工酶分析，找到了与玉米相对应的酯酶酶带，初步分析说明外源ＤＮＡ的功能片段已整合到了受体基因组内．
The corresponding estrase bands with those of corn were found through ana-lyzing the estrase isozymogram from the dry seed embryoes of the good rice strains obtainedfrom the soaked Cili corn as the DNA donor and DHCK rice as the DNA receptor,which indi-cated that the exogenous DNA fragment had be integrated into the receptor genome.
