摘要
采用免疫酶标法测定２０例ＳＬＥ患者及２０例正常人血清中ＥＢ病毒壳抗原抗体ＩｇＡ（ＥＢＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ）。结果显示：ＳＬＥ患者ＥＢＶＣＡ－ＩｇＡ阳性率轻正常人为高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＳＬＥ发病与ＥＢ病毒感染有一定关系。

Virus capsd antigen(EBVCA-IgA)was examined byimmunoenzyme labelling technique in 20 cases
of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and 20 cases of normal controls. The result
showed that the positive rate of EBVCA-IgA in patients with SLE was significantly higher than that
in normal controls(P<0.05).This study suggested a link between EBV and SLE.
