摘要
报道尿中微量白蛋白的测定方法。将尿标本先用ｓｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ一５０凝胶过滤，除去干扰物，再用溴酚蓝染料结合法测定。检测限为５ｍｇ／Ｌ白蛋白，重现性良好，批内变异ＣＶ％为１．０７％～１．７２％，批间变异１．８６％～２．７７％，回收率９５．３％和１００．２％。用该法测定９５例健康成人晨尿白蛋白含量，结果为３９．９±２０．３ｍｇ／Ｌ，男女无性别差异。
method of
determination for paucialbumin in urine was reported. In order to eliminateinterferential
substance,urine samples were prepared by gel filtration through Sephadex G-50minicolumns
and albumin was measured by binding with bromphenol blue. The detection lim-itof this method
was 5mg/L albumin. Ii possessed good reproducibility. Within一run and be-tween一run
precision(CV%)were 1.07%～1. 72%and 1.86%～2.77%,respectively,withtheir recovery rate of
albumin一95.3%and 100.2%. We assayed the morning excretion ofurinary albumin in 95
healthy volunteers. The mean concentration ±S was 39.9±20.3 mg/L. The values were not
sex related。
