摘要
对12例过敏性哮喘患者和7例健康对照者作了气道激发试验、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)的细胞分类计数和血栓素水平的检测。结果表明:哮喘患者气道呈高反应性,BALF中嗜酸性粒细胞和血栓素明显增高,且与前者呈正相关性。提示哮喘病人气道内存在着以嗜酸性细胞为主的炎症细胞浸润,气道内嗜酸性细胞、血栓素的增多与气道高反应性的形成有关。
ronchial provocation to inhaled methacholine and
bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)wereperformed in 12 asthmatic and 7 healthy subjects.There were
a significant elevation in theeosinophil count and percentage in BAL fluid in asthmatic subjects.
It showed that inversecorrelation between the provocation concentration of methacholine
producing a 20%fall inforced expiratory volume in l s(PC20)and the count of eosinophil cell(r=
0.504).Lavagespecimens were assayed for thromboxane B2(TXB2)and total IgE. Asthmatic
subjects hadhigher levels TXB2(145. 94 ±66.36 pg/ml)than in normal subjects (81.95±
53.09pg/ml),also total IgE were higher in asthmatic subjects(15. 88±8.60 IU/ml)than in normal
sub-jects(7. 63±5.38IU/ml).TXB2 were negatively correlated with PC20(r= 0.388).It is
con-cluded that involvement of TXB2 eosinophil in bronchial hyperresponsiveness may be
impor-tant to asthma。
