葡萄糖苯脎分光光度法测定血清糖化蛋白的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 用葡萄糖苯脎分光光度法检测血清糖化蛋白。结果表明,此法线性范围宽(25~1000μmol/L),精密度好(批内CV2.3%~3.3%,批间CV3.1%~4.5%),回收率高(97.6%)。显色后室温下放置2h稳定。多种成分如葡萄糖、半乳糖、胆红素、血红蛋白、甘油三酯在正常参考值范围内的干扰小于10%。用此法测定38名正常成人的血清糖化蛋白浓度,建立了正常参考值,并对其临床应用进行了初评。 Serum glycated proteins were determined by glucose pheny losazone spectrophotometricmethod.The resuIts showed that the above assay had a wide linearity(25~1000μmol/L),good precision(CV values of within一run 2.3%~3.3%,CV values of between一day 3.1%~4.5%)and high recovery rate(97.60%).The values of absorptance remained constant atroom temperature for 2 hours after coloration,The interferences of several components(glucose,galactose,bilirubin,hemoglobin,triglyceride),which were in their normal referenceranges,were less than 10%。The concentfrations of glycated proteins in the serum of thirty一eight heaIthy adults were detected and the normal reference values were established.The evaluation of its clinical applications is briefly discussed。
