摘要 人胎脊髓胸段一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元发育的研究神经生物学研究室雷德亮,卢大华,刘丹,周丙林,陈二云,严小新,罗学港,刘忠浩提要取12例妊娠15136周胎儿脊髓胸段标本,用还原型辅酶Ⅱ组化方法观察含一氧化氨合酶(NOS)神经元的发育,并用体视学方法对其数... icotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase(NADPH-d)histochemicalmethod was used to observe the development of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in neurons of thethoracic segment of the prenatal spinal cord.Twelve human fetuses aged from l5 to 36 enMbrvonic weeks(EW),and the numerical density of NOS-positive neurons was determined bystereological method.The results showed that NOS-positive neurons had already been seen inthe spinal cord by 15EW,and were mainly located in the interinediary region,The positivecells were lightly stained,without or with short processes and were sparsely distributed,while the distribution pattern of NOS-positive neurons seen at 15EW remained,the numericaldensity and the staining intensity of the somata and processes were increased with the i卜crease of gestational age。By 28EW,2~3 grades of dendritic arbors were observed.The resuliof the prenatal development of NOS-positive neurons in human thoracic spinal cord suggeststhat nitric oxide may play an important role in neuronal and synaptic generation as well asdei1dritic and /or axonal modification in the spinal cord,and in the vasodilatation during thedevelopment of human spinal cord.
