用微量指血法检测HBV标志物的实验研究与临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION AND LABORATORY STUDY OF ASSAYING HBV LABEL WITH FINGERBLOOD

采用酶联免疫试剂盒测定了２７４人微量指血乙肝病毒（ＨＢＶ）５项标志物（ＨＢｓＡｇ，抗－ＨＢｓ，ＨＢｅＡｇ，抗－ＨＢｅ，抗－ＨＢｃ），与自身静脉血（常规法）进行了比较。结果表明：１００例正常献血员总符合率达１００％，Ｎ／Ｃｕｔｏｆｆ值均＜１．００。３６例阳性确诊患者，各项标志物检测总符合平均＞９４．０％，阳性的Ｎ／ｃｕｔｏｆｆ值均≥１．００。１３８例随机患者各项标志物的总符合率分别为９４．２％、９４．９％、９０．３％、９８．６％和９６．Ｏ％。两种方法测得各项标志物结果差异无显著意义（均Ｐ＞０．０５）。

ive items of HBV label(HBsAg,Ami-HBs,HBeAg,Anti-HBe,anti-HBc-IgG)weredetermined from 274 cases with finger blood.The results showed total coincidence rate was100% from 100 normal volunteers(n/Cuoff<1.00).Total coincidence rate 90%from 36HBV patients(nlcuoff>l.00).Total coincidence rate in each item HBV label were 94.2%,94.9%,90.3%,98.6%and 96.O%,it showed no difference between finger and vein blood(P>0.05,x2test).3000 cases were assaved.The method was easy to operate,it needed littleblood,and had good repetition.
