摘要
以乙型肝炎病毒分子杂交阳性血人工饲喂三属蚊虫,待胃血消化后解剖出完整的唾腺和胃。以多聚酶链反应扩增其中的乙型肝炎病毒S基因片断后,电泳观察到S基因约为130bp;并以SouthernBolt杂交证实乙型肝炎病毒在蚊媒唾腺和胃中均存在,确认了蚊媒传播乙型肝炎病毒的可能性。
hree genera of mosquitoes were artificially fed with the patients '
blood which werepositive for hepatitis B virus deoxyribo nucleic acid (HBV-DNA)with molecular
hybridiza-tion. The intact salivary glands and gut were isolated,when blood in gut was
completely di-gested.After amplification of S gene fragment of HBV in the glands and gut with
polymerasechain reaction(PCR),it showed l30 base pairs on electrophoresis and was confirmed
withsouthern blot hybridization,The fact above convincingly indicated that mosquitoes were
vec-tors in transmission of HBV.
