摘要
十二烷基硫酸钠──聚丙烯酰胺凝胶水平超薄层孔径梯度电泳,结合考玛斯蓝(或银)染色是一种操作简单,样品量微,分辨率及敏感性高且能快速分离测定尿蛋白分子量的方法。在一块凝胶板(120×250×0.5mm)上可同时分离24个样品,样品不需浓缩,且只需4ug,分离长度为8cm,只需3h~4h即可获得结果。
Horizontal ultrathin-layer SDS pore gradient polyacrylamide gel
electrophoresis in com-bination with coopassie blue(or silver)staining was a highly
sensitive,accurate,and rapidmethod vvith nucro-sample for the separation and molecular weight
determination of urineproteins,The 24 samples could be separated in one gel(gel size l20mm×
250mm×0.5mm).The urine sample was ouly 4ug with 8cm separation distance,The results
were obtainedwithin 3-4 hours.
