缺氧对慢性肺心病血小板聚集功能的影响

EFFECT OF HYPOXIA ON PLATELET AGGREGATION FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC COR PULMONALE

观察３６例慢性肺心病患者血小板聚集功能。结果发现，慢性肺心病体外诱导的血小板聚集率（ＰＡｇＴ％）明显降低，血小板数量减少，ＰＡｇＴ％与动脉氧分压呈正相关。有效的氧疗可使ＰＡｇＴ％及血小板数量提高。

e observed the platelet aggregation function in 36 patients with chronic cor pulmonale. The results showed that the platelet aggregation rat(PAgT%)in vitro was suppressed signif-icantly,the platelet count was low in patients with chronic cor pulmonale. PAgT%has a pos-itive correlation with artery oxygen pressure(PaO2 ).PAgT%was improved when the pa-tients had gotten an efficient oxygen therapy.
