摘要
应用小儿膀胱尿道镜诊治阴囊内疾患３４例，效果满意。作者介绍了其检查方法、适应症其及注意事项；该技术安全可靠、简便易行、适用性广，为阴囊内疾病的检查与治疗提供了新的手段。
AbstractScrotoscopic examination and treatment were
performed with cysto-urethroscope forchildren on 34 adult patients with scrotal lesions from
August,1990 to August,1993.Biopsiesunder direct vision were taken in l8 patients and scrotal
masses were resected in 11 patients. No complications were encountered.This paper presents
scrotoscopic method,indication andprecautions. The technique is claimed to be simple,safe
and secure,It is of wide applicationand great value in popularization. The scrotoscopic
examination provides a new approach tothe examination and treatment of scrotal lesions.
