摘要
采用心表彩色多普勤超声心动图对９例先天性心脏病手术的实时监测，效果良好。该方法能确定心脏病的病理解剖及功能状况，了解手术效果及功能变化，对术中及术后处理亦可提供正确指标。
Diseases Epicardial color Doppler echocardiography utilized during operation for congenital
heartdiseases may have the possibility to confirm the diagnosis in detail,evaluate the
operative re-sults and give suggestions for postoperative menagernent.There were 9 cases of
congenital heart.The task of study was accomplished well with good results.
