摘要
观测２２例正常人及３３例非透析治疗尿毒症患者血清各种载脂蛋白（ａｐｏ）变化。结果显示，尿毒症患者ａｐｏＡⅠ、ａｐｏＡⅡ低于正常；ａｐｏＢ１００较正常人高；ａｐｏＣⅡ、ａｐｏＣⅢ无明显变化；ＡＩ／Ｂ１００、ＡⅠ／ＣⅢ值较正常人低；ＣⅢ／ＣⅡ较正常人高。提示非透析尿毒症患者血清ａｐｏ的变化主要表现为ＡⅠ、ＡⅡ、Ｂ１００以及ＡⅠ／Ｂ１００、ＡⅠ／ＣⅢ、ＣⅢ／ＣⅡ比率的改变。
