摘要
应用阿霉素引起大鼠微小病变型肾病，观察雷公藤的治疗效果。结果显示，雷公藤可减少尿蛋白的排出，提高血清总蛋白，降低脂质过氧化物，促进肾小球上皮细胞足突结构恢复正常。文中对其机制进行了探讨。
This thesis reports
the effect of the treatment with Triptergium Wilfordii Hook in ratswith minimal change nephrotic
syndrome induced by adriamycin. It was found thatTriptergium Wilfordii Hook reduced the
proteinuria significantly, increased total serum pro-tein and decreased lipidperoxide;the fusion
of the glomerular epithelial foot processes was al-so improved.The results suggest that
Triptergium Wilfordii Hook has the effect to scavengeoxygen free radical and to repair the
ultrapathologic structure of the glomerular filter mem-brane.
