摘要
对常规透射电镜样品包埋方法进行改进.由开放式变为封闭式包埋。解决了多年来我国南方地区由于季节气候变化对包埋剂聚合的影响的难题。实验证明,封闭式包埋盒设计合理,本法之包埋较常规包埋简单,省时,其电镜照片细胞结构清晰,无颤纹.
The routine embedding'method for TEM specimen preparation has been improved from the open method to the closed method. The problem that the quality of embedding block was influenced by the changes of season and humidity in the southern part of our country has been solved. The results showed that the design of the closed embedding box is reasonable, the procedure of this method is simpler and more time saving than the routine operation,and could obtain excellent electron micrograph without any chatter.
