摘要
用固绿染色法鉴定细胞杀伤,用瑞特氏染色区别活细胞中的成熟与幼稚细胞;以鸭红细胞作内标,修正培养过程中细胞崩解和增殖导致的结果误差。观察了33例急性白血病患者体外药敏结果与临床疗效的关系。对本法的重复性与敏感性进行了测定。结果表明本法简单快速,重复性较好,体内外结果符合率较高,有一定的临床实用价值。
The cytotoxicity was detected by fast green stain,the mature and blast live cells were differentiated by Wright's stain,the errors of cell death and proliferation in culture were cor- rected by use of duck red blood cells as an internal standard. The relationship of chemosensi- tivity between in vitro and vivo was observed in 33 patients with leukemia and the repetitive ability and sensitivity of the method were tested . The results showed that the method was simple,had good repetitive ability and sensitivity and higher consistency between chemosen- sitivity in vitro and vivo. These suggest that the method is reliable for detecting in vitro chemosensitivity of leukemia.
