后天性耳郭缺损畸形的再造术

28例由多种原因所致耳郭缺损畸形患者,采用自体肋软骨雕刻成耳郭软骨支架移植,置入乳突区皮下隧道;用湿润棉片轻压再造耳创面以利成形,均获再造成功。

In this article we have described a new procedure for reconstruction of the auricle after an acquired defect,in which the auricular framework is excavated using rib cartilage and em- bedded through a subcutaneous tunnel undermined on the mastiod. Providing good vascular- ization to the new ear together with care applied to dressings is a key to successful results. This series of 28 cases using the above procedure showed good recovery of the patients physically and psychologically. The choice of which rib cartilage to remove is very impor- tant. After exposing the 8th or 9th costal cartilages,we used the reverse side of the film pat- tern shape and size of the frame we intended to construct before removing the rib carti- lage. Two cutaneous incisions were made on the lower and upper ends on the mastoid re- gion. Through these incisions a skin flap corresponding to the future helix and anthelix was dissected ,creating a subcutaneous tunnel. The conchal area was not undermined because it would be the main pedicle of the reconstructed ear.
