摘要
介绍一种联合入路切除大型垂体腺瘤的手术方法。此术式经眶、额部进入蝶窦，能同时显示鞍上、鞍内的肿瘤及其周围重要结构，有利于全切乃至根除肿瘤。该方法与传统的入路进行了比较。
combined transorbital-frontal,ethmoidal and sphenoid sinuses-intracranial
approachfor surgery of large pituitary adenomas is described in this paper with a satisfactory
operativeresult of 12 cases. This is an operative mode in which the orbital frame is performed
after or-dinary frontal craniotomy,The sphenoid sinues is opened through the planum
sphe-noidale,The dura of the anterior and the inferior walls of the sellar floor are
opened(Transsphenoidal approach)and the diaphrama sellae is opened too(Intracranial
approach)The two openings are united together at the tuberculla sella earea(Combined
approach)This approach provides a wide exposure for the chance of complete removol of
thesuprasellar and the intrasellar pituitary tumor。 Further assessment is needed, however,to
de-termine the usefulness of this operative procedure.
