视网膜色素变性的证型与红细胞免疫功能关系的探讨

MODIFICATION OF RBCIMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION OF PIGMENTARYDEGENERATION OF RETINA AND ITS DIFFERENTIAL TYPES

对２５例视网膜色素变性（简称ＲＰ）患者及１０例正常人的红细胞免疫功能的两项指标（ＲＣＲ和ＲＩＣＫ）及循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）进行检测，并分析了不同证型，病轻组、病重组各指标的改变。结果表明：Ｒｐ患者的ＲＣＲ、ＲＩＣＲ降低，ＣＩＣ含量增高，与正常人相比差异有显著性意义；脾肾阳虚组的ＲＣＲ、ＲＩＣＲ降低，ＣＩＣ增高，与肝肾阴虚组相比，ＲＣＲ、ＲＩＣＲ差异无显著性意义，ＣＩＣ有显著性意义；病重组的ＲＣＲ、ＲＩＣＲ降低，ＣＩＣ含量增高，与病轻组相比，各值的差异均有显著性意义。ＲＰ患者的红细胞免疫功能原发性低下，ＣＩＣ含量增高是ＲＰ发病的重要环节。

The auther detected two targets(RCR and RICR)of immunologic func-tion and circulatory immunocomplex(CIC)in 25 patients o f pigmentary degeneration ofretina(RP)and 10 normal persons and analysed their modiflcation of the targets in differentsyndrome types,light group and serious group of the patients.The results showed that RCRand RICR of RP patients lowered and CIC increased,and the difference was significant com.pared with the nOrmal person. In the group of the spleen and kidney yang deflciency,theRCR and RICR lowered,and CIC increaesed,the difference in RCR and RICR were no sig-inficant and in CIC was significant compared with the group of the live and kidney yin defi-ciency.RCR and RICR Iowered and CIC increased、nthe serious group,and compared withthe light group,the difference were signiflcant.The result implys that lowering of RBCimmunologic function and increasing of CIC are the important cause to induce the RPdisease.
