穴位敷贴治疗常年性变态反应性鼻炎的临床研究

XLINICAL STUDY ON PERENNI ALALLERGIC RHINITIS TREATED WITH APPLICATION ON ACUPOINT

穴位敷贴疗法是将温热药物敷于特定的穴位，以改善及消除ＰＡＲ临床症状，经严格对照观察，总有效率达８８．３％。ＰＡＲ患者ＴＳ细胞低于正常人，通过穴位敷贴治疗，可兴奋ＴＳ细胞，抑制ＴＨ细胞，致使ＩＧＥ产生受抑，血清ＩＧＥ水平下降，从而达到改善过敏体质及消除临床症状的目的。

Application therapy is a method applicating mild-hot medicines in nature on spocificacupoints to improve or remove the symptoms of porennial allergic rhinitis(PAR).By strictcontrol-observationin clinic,the total effective rate is 88.3%.The TS cell of the PAR patient is lower thanthat of normal person,but the treatment could exite the TS cell inhibit the TH cell and results in IgE iuhibitedand serum IgE level lowers.As a resuts,the therapy acts on improving the allergic constitution and removingclinical symptoms.
