迟、数、缓脉脉图参数观测

EXAMINATION ON SPHYGMOBOL OGRAM PARAME TER OF SLOW RAPID AND MODERATE PULSES

本文对迟、数、缓、平脉４０例的脉图参数变化进行了观察，结果提示：脉动周期时间数脉０．６４±０．０４秒，迟脉１．１６±０．０５秒，缓脉０．９７±０．０４秒，与平脉比较差别均有非常显著意义。说明以上三种脉象时值的改变是主要的。而脉形，脉势方面的参数也有改变，数脉形态与滑脉相似，迟脉脉图形态比平脉略弦，缓脉图脉形态变化介于迟脉与平脉之间。

The authers observed the modification of sphygmoboiogram parameter for each slow,rap-id,moderate and normal pulses of 40 persons The results show that the periods of slow pulse is 0.64±0.04Sec.,rapid 1.16±0.05 and moderate 0.97±0.04,which campare with normal pulse,each difference was re-markably significant,The result implys that the periods change in the 3 types of pulses is maiuly,and somechange of parameter in the pulse form and the force also occurs,In the pulse form,rapid pulse is familiar asslippery,the slow pulse is a little tauter than normal,and the moderate is between the slow and the normal.
