针刺对主动脉粥样硬化兔血浆TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_(1α)水平的影响

摘要 对家兔用免疫损伤加高胆固醇喂食造成主动脉粥样硬化模型针刺内关等穴位并观察其血浆TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α含量变化,发现实验性主动脉粥样硬化家兔血中TXB2含量增高,6-keto-PGF1α降低,而针刺内关等穴位可降低TXB2含量,提高6-keto-PGF1α水平,提示针刺内关等穴位对动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用可能与其调节6-keto-PGF1α/TXB2平衡有关。 The authors modeled rabbit atheroslerosis of aorta with immune injury andhypercholesterol food and punctured its point Neiguan etc,and observed confent change of plasmaTXB2,F11-6-Keto-PGF1 a..The experiment shows that TXB2,confent increases and 6-Keto-PGF1a de-creases in the rabbit blood of experimental atherosclerosis of aorta.But acupuncfuring points Neiguan etc.can lower TXB2 and increase 6-Keto-PGF1a.which implys that the effect of puncturing Neiguan etc.inatherosclerosis of aorta might refer to that the puncturing can regulate the balance of the pfasma6-kefo-PGF1a/TXB2
