摘要
根据华中理工大学邓聚龙教授的灰色系统理论，建立了云南电网峰谷差的长期灰色预测动态模型，经检验模型精度为一级，并提供了直到２０００年的峰谷差预测值，供有关部门制定规划时参考．建模方法和预测结果得到了云南省电力局的好评．
According to Deng Julong's grey system theory in the Middle China University of Science and Engineering, we build the long-term grey prediction model for the peak-valley difference of Yunnan power system. Through testing the model, its accuracy is first-calss. We provide prediction values of the peak-valley till 2000 A.D. which may be a referenc for making palans by the relted departments. The good comment of the building model method and the prediction results are got from the Electric Power Bureau of Yuunan province.
