三峡电站电气主接线及接入系统的经济性评价 被引量:1

摘要 基于电气主接线的动态经济评价理论,在大型水电站的主接线评价中,考虑了电站接入系统的影响并计入了多种损失指标,完善和发展了水电站电气上接线的动态经济评价方法。该评价方法与模拟法可靠性分析相结合,能准确估计随机故障带来的停电和弃水损失的动态价值,可较全面客观地评价电气主接线的经济性。用该方法对三峡电站的六种主接线方案进行了计算评价,为三峡电站推荐了一种较好的方案,为决策提供了比较可靠的理论依据。 The dynamic economic valuation method of main electrical connection schemes for hydroelectric power station is improved by considering the effects of connection with outer power system and introducing several kinds of fault losses. The evaluation mehtod is combined with simulation relibility analysis techniques, therefore, it can estimate every kind of fault losses more accurately and evaluate the connection sechemes more completely. All of the six schemes are evaluated and recommends one of them as the best one for Sanxia hydroelectric power station.It is a very significant reference to the plan of Sanxia Project.
