摘要
以往滚齿过程的分析,在理论上比较抽象,在实际实验中有无法避免的干扰因素。本文在建立滚齿过程数学模型的基础上,求出实际方程,在计算机上对实际滚齿过程和齿形检测过程进行了仿真,并对齿形轮廓和齿形误差进行了分析。仿真结果、理论计算分析与实验结果三者基本吻合。计算机仿真是分析滚齿过程及齿形情况的一种有效的新方法。
The general analysis method of the generating process is abstracted in theory and has many disturbing factors in practical testing. The mathematical model in agreement with the practical generating process is established. The practical generating process and the testing process of gear shape are simulated by use of computer. The paper also analyzes the contour and the error of gear shape. The simulation results, theoretical calculation analysis and experimental results are same basically. The computer simulation is a effective and new method for analyzing the generating process and gear shape.
