谷子生育过程中同工酶的变化 被引量:3

Changes of Isozymes During Development Period in Foxtail Millet

摘要 以12个谷子品种为材料,分析了谷子生育期的酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶的变化。结果表明,两种同工酶因生育期不同而呈规律性的变化。芽期是两种同工酶酶谱最稳定最丰富的时期,苗期是两种同工酶表现的最低水平时期。随植株的生长发育,酯酶同工酶的酶带逐渐增加,酶活性不断增强。随植株的生长发育,过氧化物酶同工酶P(X2)区的酶活量不断增加;而P(X3)区则相反,随植株的生长发育,酶活量有规律地减弱。 Twelve Foxtail millet varieties were used as experimental materials.During the developmental process, the change of esterase isozymes and peroxidase isozymes were analysed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis on vertical slab. Results indicated that changes of 2 isozymes were with the law of development during the developmental process.Two zymegrams were abundant and stable in germinating stage.Bands of 2 isozymes were few,and their relative activities (content) were low in seedling stage. Bands and activities of esterase isozymes were increased with the plant growtth and development. Contents of peroxidase isozymes in Px2 zone were increased with the plant growth and development.Contents of Px3 zone were decrease with plant growth and development.
