摘要
本文研究了苯甲酰胺对蚕豆根尖细胞微核细胞诱发率及染色体畸变率的影响。结果表明,苯甲酰胺可诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核及染色体畸变的产生。在20×10(-6)~200×10(-6)浓度范围内,随着浓度的增加,微核细胞率并未升高,反而有所下降,但在该浓度范围内,随着处理时间的延长,微核细胞率及染色体畸变率明显上升。
In this paper,the influence of benzamide on the frequency of micronucleated cells and chromosomal aberration in the root tip cells of Vicia faba was evaluated. The results indicated that benzamide could induce micronucleated cells and chromosomal aberration.As the concentration of benzamide increased, the frequency of micronucleated cells was not increased or even decreased at benzamide level of 20-200×10(-6). On the contrary, as the treatment continued,the frequency of micronucleated cells and chromosomal aberration was significally increased at the same level of benzamide.The relationship between the sensitivity of quota (micronucleated cells and chromosomal aberration) and methods(the material regained or not) was also studied.
