摘要
应用Monsanto加工性能试验机(MPT)及一组直径和长径比不同的毛细管,考察了天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶(NR/SBR)胶料挤出流动中的壁滑移行为及其产生机理。试验发现,在一定的温度下,当表观剪切速率达到某一值时,总压力降急剧下降。而临界的表观剪切速率则随着口型直径的增加而减小;壁滑移发生在口型出口附近.这种压力波动现象主要归因于试样的壁滑移行为。
The wall slip behaviour of a natural rubber (NR) /styrent-butad iene rubber (SBR)compound during capillary extrusion is studied by using a Monsanto processability tester(MPT) and a set of dies with different ameters and length-diameter ratios. It is found that when the operation temperature is fixed, the total pressure drop goes down suddenly as apparent shear rate is up to a certain value, and the critical shear rate decreases with the temperature and the die diameter increasing. This phenomenon of pressure oscillation can be attributed to the wall slip behaviour of the sample.
