关于柴油机喷雾平均粒径的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本论文以喷油器入口处的压力波实测值作为喷雾平均粒径模拟计算的主要输入数据,采用喷雾压力曲线分割法,通过计算机、应用从定压喷雾试验中得出来的喷雾平均粒径的经验计算式,直接计算柴油机非定压喷雾的平均粒径也讨论了各种喷射条件对喷雾平均粒径的影响。 In this paper, it is discussed that using the practical measuredvalues of pressure wave at inlet of fuel injector as the input data of computer for the simulating calculation of the average diameter of particle size of fuel spray penetration as well as adopting the empirical formula for calculating the average diameter of particle size of fuel spray penetration under the condition of constant pressure, the average diameter of particle size of fuel spray penetration under variety of pressure can directly be calculated by means of the cutting apart method of pressure curve of fuel injection. In addition, the effect of variety of injection conditions onthe average diameter of particle size of fuel spray penetration has been discussed as well.
