摘要 本文以典型的有机工业结晶产品──蔗糖为研究对象,以新兴的磁场处理技术为手段,进行磁场处理对溶液结晶过程影响的基础理论研究。通过蔗糖单晶的静态试验和群品的动态试验,以及对精液某些特性的测量,发现适当的磁场处理能降低蔗糖的溶解度和糖液的粘度,并在某种程度上改变蔗糖晶体的内部结构,从而提高蔗糖晶体在糖液中的生长速率。展示了以磁处理技术强化工业溶液结晶过程的应用前景。 This is a basic study on the effect of magnetic treatment on crystallization insolution. It takes one of the typical organic crystalline products, sucrose as an object ofstudy, by means of a new technology, magnetic pre- treatment.Some single crystal experiments and mass crystals trials as well as some determinations of properties of sugar solution are undertaken. ExperimentS have shown that pre-treatment of sugar solution with a suitable magnetic field can reduce the solubility of sucrose and theviscosity of sugar solution, alter the inner structure of sucrose crystal in some way, socause an increase in the groWth rate of sucrose cryStals growing from that solution.The prospect of magnetic technology for strengthening industrial crystallization is promising and further study is necessory.
