摘要
为简化等效小参量法和谐波平衡法用于实际双极型晶体管(BJT)电路的分析,提出了BJT的Fourier系数模型,并利用一种新方法—按主要谐波分量近似器件特性和分段非线性逼近─—给出了它的多项式近似.本文的结果,使谐波失真、频率稳定度等分析过程变得简单,对于BJT电路的符号分析有重要意义。
In order to simplify the analysis of bipolar junction transistor(BJT) circuits by equivalent small parameter method and harmonic balance method,the Fourier coefficient model of BJT and its polynomial approximation are pre sented in this paper.The latter is yielded by a new method which approximates the characteristic of BJT by main harmonic piece-wise.The results,simplifying the analysis of harmonic distortion etc.,are applicable to symbolic analysis of BiT circuits.
