摘要
本文采用热重分析法(TG),系统地研究了球状再生纤维素基体及功能化后的丹宁树脂在氮气中的热分解。用两样品恒温(基体:370℃,丹宁树脂:274℃)热分解的结果α以转化率。对约化时间t/t0.5作图与Sharp,BrindleyAchar裂解模型相对照,发现实验数据最符合Sharp提出的Avrami-Erofeev方程为二级、无规核化和核生长模型.按此裂解模型分别计算了两样品的热分解动力学参数.
The thermal degradation of the spherical regenerated cellulose matrix and the function spherical cellulose tannin resin in nitrogen have been studied by thermal gravimetry (TG). The results for the isothermal degradation of the two samples (matrix:370 ℃, tannin resin:274 ℃ ) are plotted as degree of degradation a against reduced time t/t0.5 and compared With the master plots of Sharp, Brindley, and Achar. The experimental data fit most, closely the plot for the Avrami - Erofeev equation in the form k.t = [-ln(1 -α)]n, Where n = 2. Combining the kinetic model analysis based on TG data, finally, the two samples of the kinetic parameters (k, n, E, A) of thermal degradation are calculated.
