摘要
本文通过设计并实现一个铣削力模糊自适应控制系统FAC探讨了铣削过程的约束型智能控制问题。联机运行结果表明:FAC系统可行,在线智能控制铣削力的效果较满意,通过在线调节工作台进给速度来智能控制铣削力可以实现粗加工阶段的生产率最大化。
Through designing and implementing the fuzzy adaptive control system FAC in aflling process, this paper approaches the problems of intelligent control with constraint for milling force. The on-line operating result has shown that the system FAC is feasible; the effect of on-line intelligent control for milling force is satisfactory, and it is possible to realize productivity maximization in rough machining stage by means of adjusting the feedrate of work table on-line to control the milling force in a conStant value
