摘要
本文着重分析了蒸汽蓄热器的蓄放热规律,建立了蓄放热过程能量平衡微分方程,推导出蓄热器容积及蓄热量的计算公式,并对工业热力系统常用压力范围进行了具体计算。文中给出了各种工作压力、压差下蓄热器单位容积蓄热量、蓄汽量表,为蓄热器的设计计算提供了有效的手段。
Analyses the law of flooding and releasing heat in steam heat reservoir,and establishes a differential equation of conservation of energy in process of flooding and releasing heat,then the calculation formulas of volume and heat of heat reservoir are reckoned. A careful calcualtion is carried out for usual pressure range of industrial heat power system. The peper gives some tables of unit-volume heat amount and unit-volume steam amount in several run pressures and pressure differences, so a efficient method is offered for design of steam heat reservoir.
