摘要
经过焊接热循环的计算机程序设计和焊接热模拟CCT图(SH-Chry)图形库的建立.焊接冶金学与金属焊接性计算机辅助教学系统可以根据焊接参数预测任意点的Tmax和t(8/5)以及熔合区的组织与性能.从而为选择最佳的焊接工艺参数提供依据.把本系统用于教学.可使学生加深理解焊接工艺参数对接头组织、性能的影响规律.提高他们的综合分析能力.
After the computer programming of weld thermal cycle and the establishing of SH-CCT diagram base,the CAI system for welding metallurgy and the weldability of metals can predict not only Tmax. and t8/5 at arbitrary point,but also the microstructure and property at bond line in accordance with welding parameters. For this reason,this system can provide the basis to choose optimum welding parameters. Once being put to teaching account,this system will help students get a deeper understanding about the effect of welding parameters on the microstructure and property of welded joint,and improve their synthetical studying ability.
