精度和可靠性标准作为第一、二准则的优化设计

THE OPTIMIZATION AND DESIGN OF THE STANDARDS OF ACCURACY一AND RELIABILITY AS THE FIRST AND SECOND CRITERIONS

本文在控制网的优化设计中，顾及相关系数这一指标，把精度和可靠性标准作为第一、第二准则，提出构造一个可靠性准则矩阵Ｑ＿（ｖｖ）的观点，导出了一类和二类设计的数学模型，并以一测边网为实例，对如何构造可靠性准则矩阵及优化权的求解等问题进行了讨论和分析。

This paper,considering the target of relative coefficient,suggests the view to construct areliability criterion matrix on condition that the accuracy and reliability criterions as the first andsecond criterions in the optimization design of controll network,the mathematical models of first andsecond grade designs are derived,the problems of how to construct reliability criterion-matrix and thesolution of optimkation weight are discussed and analysed taking a range network as praotical exam-ple.
