摘要
提出了考虑液膜破裂因素的液膜渐近前沿模型和空心球壳膜型。实验证明,该模型更能与实验数据相吻合。据此求出了最佳操作时间,其中渐近前沿模型比空心球壳模型更佳。但空心球壳模型数学处理简单,在工程上具有估算价值。
For the separation of solute from solvent by liquid surfactant membrane,thebreakage of liquid membrane must be taken into consideration for better separation,especially at the later stage of the operation·In this investigation new mass transfer equations consid-ering the breakage of the liquid surfactant membrane by using advancing front model andhollow sphere model are derived·From the experiments,the new mass transfer models developed In this investigation are in better agreement with the experimental data·Besides,the optimum operation time is obtained.The new advancing model is even better than the new follow sphere model·However,the latter is simpler to use for engineering estimation.
