川芎嗪对狗心电图的影响

EFFECTS OF LIGUSTRAZIN ON ECG IN DOGS

观察不同剂量川芎嗪对正常狗心电图各波形的影响。结果显示：川芎嗪能明显加快心率，缩短Ｑ－Ｔ间期；降低ＳＴ段；大剂量川芎嗪能使Ｔ波倒置或出现双相Ｔ波。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of ligustrazin,main ingredient of Ligustium ChuanXiong Hort,on ECG in dogs, 6 mongrel dogs were used,After injecting ligustrazin intravenously(10mg/kg,20mg/kg,3 0mg/kg respectively with 1 hr interval).Lead-II ECG was recorded continuously before till 0.5h after each administer.The results showed that ligustrazin significantly increased the HR(P<0.05).shorted the QT interval(P<0.05)and decreased ST segment(P<0.05),It was also noticed that large dosage of ligustrazin could lead to T wave inversion or biophasic T wave.
