摘要
本文报道了用离子对高效液相色谱法测定爱娇美中盐酸芬氟拉明的含量。以丙酸睾丸素为内标,WatersNOVA-PAKC18,4μm柱,水-冰醋酸-甲醇(17:2.5:80.5)配制成的庚烷磺酸钠液(0.002mol/L)为流动相,UV263nm波长处检测。在0.1~1.0mg/ml范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99.7%。方法简便、准确。
This paper describes a new method for determination of fenfluramin hydrochloride in Ai Mei Jiao by Ion-Pair Chromatography.The seperation was performed onWaters NOVA-PACKc18 4μm column,using testosteroni propionas as internal standard,with Natri Heptanesulfonas solution of water-aceticacid glacial-methyl(17 :2.5:80.5)as mobile phase and detection wave was at 263nm.There is a good linearity within the range of 0.1-1.0mg/me. The average recovery is 99.7%. The method is simple and accurate.
