清江流域城镇发展、布局与区域开发

THE STUDY OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND ALLOCATION OF THE TOWNS AND THE REGIONAL DEVELOPING IN THE QINGJIANG RIVER BASIN

运用区域开发的一般模式──增长极理论，探讨了清江流域的城镇发展、布局与流域经济发展问题．认为在２０００年以前，整个清江流域经济发展处于较低水平，区域的发展应以城镇为依托，即重点发展少数具有优势区位的城镇，同时加强主要交通干线的建设；在２０００至２０１０年间，经济发展已具有相当基础，宜采取点轴开发模式．

This paper inquires into the issues of the development and allocation of the towns and the regional developing of the Qingjiang Basin, based on the general pattern of regional developing──the theory of growth pole. Before 2000 when the economic development of the Qingjiang Basin is in lower level, the regional development should put special emphasis on a few towns, especially ones that have advantadge of location, and the construction of the main communication lines. By the time from 2000 to 2010, when with higher economic level, the pattern of pole and axis will be put into use in the regional developing.
