摘要
本文用试验方法研究了分离式热管换热器蒸发段水基工作液的充液率与该受热面热负荷的关系。试验发现分离式热管换热器蒸发段在热负荷q<8kW/m ̄2时,热管的充液率R随热负荷的增加而减少,呈线性关系;8kW/m ̄2<q<13kW/m ̄2时,R却略有升高;q>13kW/m ̄2时,R与q无关,充液率稳定在28%。试验结果为分离式热管换热器各组热管水基二作液的充液量的确定提供了定量的试验依据。
he relation between the liquid filling ratio of water-base working fluid and the heat load of the heating surfaceof evaporating section of separation type heat pipes heat ex-changers was studied. It was discovered that when the heatload q<8kW/m ̄2 at evaporating section of separation typeheat pipes heat exchangers,the liquld filling ratio R of heatpipes would decrease with the increase of heat load.a linearrelation appeared, and when 8kW/m ̄2<q<13kw/m ̄2.Rwould rize a little,there would be no relation between Rand q when q> 13kW/m ̄2. liquid filling ratio was stable at28%。 Quantitative bases were given for determining the liq-uid filling ratio of water-base working fluid of heat pipes ofseparation type heat pipes heat exchangers with experimental results.
