摘要 采用乳化液膜法,对从发酵液中分离和浓缩苯丙氨酸(Phe)的液膜配方和稳定性进行研究。得出了既能保持较好的膜稳定性又能保持较高分离效率的膜组成:载体二(2-乙基已基)磷酸5%,表面活性剂(EM-301)5%,膜溶剂(工业煤油)90%。内相试剂选用1.6mol/L的HCl溶液。采用高强度(>3200r/min)制乳,能够有效地控制溶胀和破损率。对Phe的萃取结果表明:80%以上的Phe能够从外相浓缩到内相,最后内相可达4~5倍的浓缩率。 The membrane composition with 5%di(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid as the canier,5%EM-301 as the emulsifier and 90%kerosene as the solvent was proved to be the most effective. HCl with a concentration of 1.6mol/L was used as the internal phase. The breakage and swell of the emulsion can be efficiently limited under the condition of a strong emulsification agitation speed (>3200r/min).It has been demonstrated that more than 80% of phenylalanine can be extracted from the external phase and the final phenylalanine concen-tration in internal phase is 4~5 times as high as the initial concentration in the external phase.
