摘要
采用新的路线合成了两类共8个文题液晶化合物。其中,中间体对烷氧基苯酚产率由30%提高到50%以上,并对关键中间体对氯联苯的合成方法作了较大改进,产率提高到了20%,批料合成量提高了10倍。元素分析、红外光谱及质谱分析确证了文题化合物的分子结构,测定了其液晶相态的相变温度。并通过混合配方,得到温度显示范围较宽的热变色液晶材料。
Eight chiral thewnotropic liquid crystals in two series of biphenyl compounds were synthesized with an advanced method.The yield of p-alkoxylphenol,an intermediate in the series,is higher by 20 percent than reported,and the approach was improved in the pre-paration of p-chlorobiphenyl which is an important intermediale in the synthesis of biphenyl type liquid crystals.By using these compounds,long temperature range color liquid crystal materials were obtained.
