摘要
发现铜离子的浮选符合零级反应动力学,并求出其速度常数K_0。当pH一定时,K_0与流量Q_a成正比,即k_0=mQ_a。在pH=2~5的范围内,符合m=1.370×10 ̄(-5)ln(pH/1.222)的关系。pH=5时m最大,pH>5则下降从而得出了K_0=1.370×10 ̄(-5)Q_aln(pH/1.222)。从单泡吸附模型出发,从理论上提出了浮选效率(η_f)关系式,可用以评价表面活性剂的浮选效果及工艺条件如流量与pH等对η_f的影响。
For the kinetics of ion flotation of cupric ion,a zero order reaction was found by experiment,and the rate constant K_0 was estimated. When the pH of solution maitains constant,the k_0 is proportional to the gas flow rate Q_a,i.e.k_0=mQ_a. In the pH zang of 2 to 5, ploting the slope m against ln(pH), a straight line was oblained,and a maxium value of m was found at pH=5, then fall down at pH>5, the relation in the pH rang of 2 to 5 is represented by k_0=1.370×10 ̄(-5)ln(pH/1.222),it will be used to estimated the k_0 and remove rate under different pH and Q_a. By the theory of adsorption and using a model of single bubble,a new efficiency of flotation,η_f, was defined,which may be useful in selecting approperiate surfactants and optimum conditions of the technological process,such as,gas flow rate and pH etc.
