摘要
探讨了原料配比、pH值对产品焦磷钒酸锆(ZVPP)性能的影响。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、差热及热重分析和离子交换性能的测定,表明ZVPP是一种离子交换容量大(3.9ammol/g)、热稳定性和化学稳定性优良的非晶态阳离子交换剂,对Rb(Ⅰ)、Cs(Ⅰ)、Ag(Ⅰ)、Pb(Ⅱ)和RE(Ⅲ)等离子具有很高的选择性。
A new inorganic ion exchanger-Zr(Ⅳ) vanadopyrophospha (ZVPP) was synthe-sized.The effect of reactant prescription and pH on characteristics of products vVas studied. The physico-chemical properties was investigated by using XRD,IR spectrum and DTA-TGA. The results show that it is a cation exchanger with high ion exchange capacity(3.96 mmol/g),good thermal and chemical stabilities, and also high selectivity for Rb(Ⅰ), Cs(Ⅰ),Ag(Ⅰ),Pb(Ⅱ)and Re(Ⅲ).
