摘要
研究了顶丁烯二酸(顺酸)在二甲苯溶剂中共沸脱水生成顺丁烯二酸酐(顺酐)的反应过程。通过减小顺酸固体粒度及增加搅拌装置等手段,消除内外扩散的影响。在123~140℃温度范围内,测定了该脱水反应的速率。研究表明,该脱水反应为一级反应,且在不同温度区域表现出不同的活化能。
By minimizing the grade of the solid maleic acid and increasing the rate of agitator, the effects of diffusion processes were eliminated and the dehydration reaction rate wasmeasured The study showed that the reaction is a first order one and keeped different actlvation energy in differrent temperature regions.
