摘要 建立了以1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)为探针,用紫外可见光分光光度计分析碳纤维表面酚羟基、醌基和游离基的新方法。并对该方法进行了论证和误差分析,得知该方法的分析灵敏度达10 ̄(-8)~10 ̄(-7)mol数量级,且误差不超过±1%。利用该方法发现,裸碳纤维表面酚羟基很容易在较高的温度下氧化,外涂层碳纤维表面拥有的酚羟基比裸纤维要多。此外,等离子处理将使碳纤维表面产生相当多的游离基或能迅速分解为游离基的基团。 By means of UV-visible photometer and 1,1-dipheny1-2-picrylhydrazine(DPPH)as a probe,a new analysis method is established and discussed, with which the phenolic group,the quinone group and the radical on the surface of the carbon fiber can be determined quantitatively. It is found that the sensitivity of the method is as high as up to the degree of10 ̄(-8)to 10 ̄(-7) mole and its error is no more than ±1%。 Using the method,it can be shown that the phenolic groups on the fiber surface are easy to be oxidized and there are more phenolic groups on coated fiber surface than on uncoated one。 Furthermore, the plasma treatment can fairly produce radicals or the groups which can quickly decompose into radicals.
