摘要
在光学显微镜下,对反应注射成型体系中反应诱导混合现象进行了系统的考察。研究结果表明,界面上的反应是产生自动混合的关键原因,界面上的反应诱导混合促进了流体在微观尺度上的进一步混合,反应物活性、催化剂、反应温度及生成物结构对界面现象都有影响。用界面附近液珠出现的时间和界面区宽度随时间增长曲线,可表征反应诱导混合能力。
A systematic study has been made about the chemical reaction induced mixing phenomena in RIM by the use of an optical microscope。It was found that the chemical reaction at the interface determined the presence of spontaneous mixing,which could enhance the two-phase mixing at microscale.The activity of reactant,catalyst,reaction temperature and product structure have effects on spontaneous mixing.A system’s spontaneous mixing ability could be expressed by the time that was needed for emulsion drops to appear near the reactive interface after it’s formed,and the relationship between the width of the spontaneous mixing zone and reaction time.
