尿素酶解的抑制反应动力学研究

摘要 研究了无机盐作为酶抑制剂,对尿素酶解反应速率的影响规律。用氨气敏电极跟踪反应进行分析。实验表明,无机盐能有效地抑制尿素的酶解反应。同时还研究了脲酶抑制机理。 Urea as an important fertilizer and the non-protein-nitrogen can be faster de-composed into ammonia and carbon dioxide in the presence of urease,In order to control the decomposition rate,the inorganic compound was selected as an inhibitor,which was capable of proloning urea decomposition when added some urease to the reactive system.Under the exist of this inhibitor in the urease,the urea decomposition rate was determined by using NH_3 -gas selective electrode.It was found that the inhibitor can significantly inhibit the urease ac-tivity.The inhibition mechanism was also studied.
