注射成型中压力对聚丙烯制品性能的影响

Effect of Pressure on the Properties of Polypropylene Products in Injection Moulding

研究了注射成型中模腔压力随注射压力、保压压力变化的特征，以及这种变化对聚丙烯（ＰＰ）制件结晶度和力学性能所产生的影响。结果显示：注射压力和保压压力对ＰＰ性能的影响具有一定关联性；对于多级保压系统，平缓过渡的压力梯度有利于ＰＰ的结晶及改善其性能。

Changing feature of cavity pressure with injecting pressure and holding up pres-sure,and the effect in crystallinity and rnechanical properties of PP injecting products,were stud-ied.The results showed that the injecting pressture and holding up pressure on the effect of properties of PP are related.With multistage holding up pressure system,the smooth transitive pres-sure gradient favoured crystallinity and properties of PP.
