摘要
研究了注射成型中模腔压力随注射压力、保压压力变化的特征,以及这种变化对聚丙烯(PP)制件结晶度和力学性能所产生的影响。结果显示:注射压力和保压压力对PP性能的影响具有一定关联性;对于多级保压系统,平缓过渡的压力梯度有利于PP的结晶及改善其性能。
Changing feature of cavity pressure with injecting pressure and holding up pres-sure,and the effect in crystallinity and rnechanical properties of PP injecting products,were stud-ied.The results showed that the injecting pressture and holding up pressure on the effect of properties of PP are related.With multistage holding up pressure system,the smooth transitive pres-sure gradient favoured crystallinity and properties of PP.
